Review: We drove in spoke to a guy named Jacob whom was referred to us by someone we know, brought in my moms car for a trade, was very happy with the amount we got for it, got an unbeatable price on the new CRV did all paperwork while we were out doing our own things came back signed and drove off the best first time experience ever, other dealerships should learn their ethics and follow them. Review: I was recently in the market for a Pilot..
Shopped around in many dealership and finally found
the right dealership.. I have been in contact with
Samira in the internet department and she answered
all my questions and concerns... I set an
appointment and she introduced me to Masud, the
vehicle was not in stock but I was aware of it, I left
deposit and the vehicle was in with in few days.. The
staffs were very friendly, this was not the first
dealership that I contacted.. Few local dealership
told me the vehicle was in stock and when I went in
they try to do the switch on me.. I'm very pleased
with Hillside Honda, Samira, Masud and the
managers knew exactly what I wanted and was very
knowledgeable with the product and customer need.
I thank you Hillside Honda for your truthfulness and
excellent customer service. I will recommend Hillside
Honda to my family and friends. This dealership is a
keeper...
