Please be aware that if you do business with Herb Chambers Toyota in Brighton you will regret it.
I have had several problems with my newly purchased vehicle and I have been trying to have them take care of it. They are extremely rude and dismissive. No matter what it is you have to go there three times before they fix it if they do at all. I voiced my concerns by phone and e-mail. No one got back to me. I finally got a response from a manager who said she'd look into my complaint and call me Monday. We spoke last Thursday. NO call! I do not believe I was treated fairly and I believe others will experience the same conditions if they choose to try and do business with them.
