Would I recommend this dealership? No
Review: I went to this dealer two times in one week to see and
test drive the same car I requested. Each time they said on the
phone that they have the car i am interested, but when i get
there they say that car is in their sister dealership. Second time
before I visit I
specifically called them to make sure they have the car in their
lot. She said yes they have it.
When I got there guess what? Car was not. Apparently they
are telling every lie to get you into their store. Before I was
leaving the store guy said that If I make deal with them and
start doing paperwork he will get the car in 20 minutes for me.
He is trying to sell the car without even showing it first. Plus
sales associate who i had appointment was not there either.
Avoid them to save your time. They do not tell the truth.

Review: The overall customer service from this car dealership is deplorable. I wouldn't send my worst ememy to this dealership. I would drive to Pennsylvania to buy a car before spending any more money at Jerry's Ford. If my issues had been handled in a civil manner I may feel differently but I can assure you that Jerry's Ford does not value their customers and must think we are a dime a dozen. I will spend my money on GM cars from now on. At least they value my patronage.
