"Service Dept Steals Items off vehicles" Jan 28, 2009

Would I recommend this dealership? No WAY

We Purchased a vehicle from Sterling McCall Honda and got first oil change free. So when my first oil change was due went back to dealership for oil change and tire rotation. As I sat in the waiting area, I was approached by Matt who asked if I knew where my wheel key was located, I told him no I had never used it. He said no problem, "he would take care of it". After my car was finished I went to pay and asked Matt where he put the key he at first said "ohh it's okay I took care of it". So I asked again and he said it was in the glove box. I paid for the tire rotation and went to my vehicle to find my wheel locks were not on my vehicle. I went back to serv dept with my original salesman. After he went to the back he returned with my wheel locks. After speaking to the GM I got a call from Matt who said he didn't know why he lied and why he took them. Sterling McCall STEALS & LIES!!

Would I recommend this dealership? No way!

Review: My family's car (from out of state) broke down on their visit here during Christmas. 9 days later and the transmission is finally here, but the idiots STILL haven't installed it! Don't take your car for service here unless you want to waste a LOT of time waiting for it. They didn't even want to give us a loaner car because it was a warranty repair. The service manager even stated that they wouldn't do it because they wouldn't get a lot of money since it's just a warranty repair! Also, they never return phone calls, even if they say they will. Take your car somewhere else and save yourself frustration. We are going to complain to Honda corporate. Sterling McCall in Kingwood should be shut down!
