Would I recommend this dealership? No
Review: I recently bought a car using cash. Asked repeatly how much was the final sales price. Told a number and made the check for that number. A week later they are calling me saying they messed up and that they need another two thousand from me because they stated the wrong amount. The contract price matched the amount I paid and yet they say the contract is incorrect and they had typed the numbers wrong.Employee(s) I worked with:

"Worst Experience Ever" Mar 04, 2007

Would I recommend this dealership? No
Review:WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I drove from Fort Worth to Richardson looking for a particular color combination in the 2007 CR-V. I wanted a black with ivory EX-L. I had dealt with Alan Cooper on the phone and upon arrival he intoduced himself and handed me off to another young salesman. He took my car keys to get an estimate on my trade-in. He then showed us the one black CR-V EX they had in stock. I had been to numerous dealership in the metroplex and had received written trade-in estimates within the past 3 days and all had been within a few hundred dollars of each. Lute Riley's estimate was $1500 less than any other dealer. I even told them this, they came up $500 for the trade-in. They continued to use high pressure sales tactics and finally after almost 2 hours, I told them I just needed my car keys so I could go. Mr. Cooper then came over and tried to use guilt to get me to buy the car, even though we had told them numerous times it was not the vehicle we wanted. Mr. Cooper became agitated and upset as I had to continuosly requested my keys. It was like they took my keys and kept my car hostage until I would break down and buy their car. I refused to be intimidated by their tactics. We finally were allowed to leave and on my drive back to Fort Worth he had the nerve to call me on the phone wanting to know what he could do make the deal. I informed him that under NO circumstances would I ever deal with Lute Riley Honda. He hung up. Employee(s) I worked with:
