Would I recommend this dealership? No
Some time ago I hit a deer & JMK BMW did the body work for $5,000. Shortly thereafter, I noticed that the headlight on the damaged side of the car did not shine as brightly as the other one, but it didn't bother me, so I didn't take the car back immediately. But when my car came up for state inspection, it failed because of the dim headlight. When I took my car back to JMK, they fixed the issue (a loose connection) but charged me an additional $108 for the labor (no parts were needed), on top of the $5,000 I originally paid for the work that was done incorrectly. For a job that was not very labor-intensive and that was only necessary because their work was flawed in the first place, one would think that JMK would absorb the cost of the labor. Instead they told me, "It may not be that much money but times are hard all around." Really JMK? With the rates you're charging you're crying poor? Beware. They will not stand behind their work.
