Review: I came into service worked with steve, while waiting I met up with mike c, he showed me four cars that I liked, well I did go home in a new truck and they paid for the truck I had down is service. Reno dodge is a good place to buy a car. rick reno

Review:
I have bought cars from Reno Dodge for several years and my expectations just keep being exceeded. They have the best performance by any dealership that I have dealt with by far. The staff is very helpful and understood the product inside and out. They really stand by their motto “you talk, we listen” they helped us find just what we needed. We didn’t feel as if we were under pressure from the time that we walk into the dealership to the time our vehicle was delivered. The finance department worked very hard to get us the best deal possible. I would recommend this dealership to any one looking to by a new or used vehicle.

Would I recommend this dealership? No
Review: I would not recomment Reno Dodge to the most hated person I know.. First they tryed to ripe me a new one with a Dodge neon that they tryed to sale for 20K when it only worth 8K..
Then today, I picked up my 93 Dodge Cummins and they broke the door! As I told "Scott" the door was broken he said "that was like that.." He fought with me for over 2 mins.. Now my Cummins is having a hard time shifting and now the Turbo which never had a problem is have bad problems..
I had several problems with Reno Dodge.. Form a 1999 Dodge Darnago that had problem after problem under warranty and Reno Dodge would not replace anything that was under warranty.. And if they did they pull some bull crap $ out of their butt.. Like a water pump that cost 400 dallors? I almost fought one of the Mangers at Reno Dodge because the Water pump was underwarranty and only cost about 45 dallors..

They tried to rip me off several times. Had to have them rewrite the contract several times, due to them making "mistakes" such as giving me a higher interest rate, higher price, etc...
