Would I recommend this dealership? No

Review: A den of thieves and manipulators. I was lied to,
promised objects I did not receive. My phone calls have been
ignored. This dealership also ignored the efforts of Honda of
America to intercede on my behalf. I was pressured to accept an
extended warranty I did not need. This dealership did not care
that I had two witnesses as to what was promised. The
salesman Andy Feldman is clearly out of his depth. He told me
he was confused about all the models and that I should be
content anyway. They also overcharged me for the license and
title. The DMV of another state where the car is registered was
appalled at what Bay Ridge Honda did. BEWARE. You have been
warned. Do not make the same mistake I did. If you purchase a
vehicle from this disreputable dealership, you will only have
yourself to blame. The will tell you anything to sell a car.
BEWARE.
